How to work belly fat in 7 days?

If I want to tell you half the truth, I will tell you that you can lose weight in only 7 days, but if you hear this statement by me or any other person, then you are not being told the whole truth.



If you want to try to lose weight (I am saying weight not fat) in only 7 days, then in 7 days your body will only lose water weight and not fat.

If anyone tells you that he will lose your weight in only 7 days, then he is telling you only half the truth.

To reduce fat, you will have to work hard every day, whatever the people tell you how to lose weight in less than 1 week, that method will only reduce the amount of water from your body.




You have to make some changes in your lifestyle to lose weight




Workout daily: - Whenever you get time in the morning or evening, you have to exercise every day if you want to reduce fat. Even if you are getting less than half an hour throughout the day, you must do a workout. You should give some time daily for your health.


Reduce the intake of sugar: - You have to keep the sugar completely away from your food. By no means is sugar a part of your diet, whether it is a soft drink, or tea, sweets, biscuits, chocolate, or any other sugar-mixed substance. If you want to eat anything sweet, just take a small portion of the sweet matter once a week, which will accept your prize for your week's hard work.




Eat protein-rich food: - You must keep protein-rich foods in your food daily. If you are completely vegetarian, then eat lentils, curd, gram, sprouted grains, etc. If you also eat non-vegetarian then make eggs, fish, chicken, mutton, etc. as part of your diet, just keep in mind that the amount of oil should be used at least while cooking.

Keep the amount of water balanced (not too much or not): - Every person has different needs of water daily. The need for water in your body changes due to environment temperature, body temperature, sweating, etc. Drink water only as per your needs. And there is no need to finish a full glass or full bottle of water at one time. Whenever you are thirsty, your water will quench your thirst.


 Drink water half an hour before the meal and 1 to 2 hours after the end of the meal.

Get your sleep properly: - Half of the incomplete sleep has a profound effect on your lifestyle.


Eat fruits: - Eat at least one fruit a day, which will give you benefits of fiber and vitamins, but do not consume too much, because the sugar in high amounts can also increase your weight. You can eat fruits 1 hour before a meal or after 2 to 3 hours, but not immediately before or immediately after eating.


Keep away any negative feelings from your mind: - You may take some time to adopt a new lifestyle, you should continue your hard work. It has taken years to accumulate fat in your body, so you will have to give some time to reduce it. Fat will be reduced by your body gradually. You should be patient.
